- Appointments: We schedule work in advance and ask customers to be available at the agreed-upon time.
- Delays: Weather, unexpected complications on other jobs, or emergencies may occasionally affect our schedule. We will notify you as soon as practical if a delay occurs.
- Rescheduling: If you need to change an appointment, please notify us as early as possible.
- Access: Please ensure that we have access to the work area at the scheduled time.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 18 hours before the agreed-upon arrival time are subject to a $175 cancellation fee.
