I not have a plumbing license, but I’ve worked through many common plumbing issues over the years and can handle most of the routine issues that arise. Leaks, new fixtures, upgrades are generally no issue. But as I work for you, I try to think long-term. For example, for a recent (2026) bathroom remodel, I wanted to make sure that the plumbing “inside” the Jacuzzi could be easily accessed but without having an obvious “door” staring people in the face (as the previous plumber and trim carpenter did). The answer was a pair of removable “snap-on” wood panels that are held in place by strong earth magnets, and which added $25 to the cost of the project. (The panels appear to be permanent trim work, too. That’s one of my favorite “tricks”.)

I’m Ross Statham. After 20+ years leading a tech services company, I know what it means to take real ownership of someone else’s wants and needs. I’m not the best plumber around by any means, but I have depth of experience in home plumbing repairs and upgrades- bathrooms, kitchens, outdoors and irrigation. (But I’m not afraid to refer you to a licensed plumber or irrigation guru if it’s out of my league!)
So why me? Well… I do fix things. But I also take what I learned in my military service and many years of working with corporate America and I apply it to all my work- whether I’m installing a new faucet, putting in a freeze-proof outdoor faucet, fixing a toilet, tracking down a leak, replacing your garbage disposal or upgrading your entire bathroom or kitchen.
For example, in early 2026 I resolved an issue with an outside kitchen for a customer in Dothan- they had a saltwater pool next to the outdoor kitchen, and the saltwater was causing corrosion issues. Issues fixed, but using more corrosion-proof materials.
