At Pinetree Home Services, we specialize in the small repair, maintenance, installation, and improvement projects that homeowners need every day.
We perform only those services that Florida law permits to be completed without a state license. We do not undertake projects that require a licensed general, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other specialty contractor.
When a project extends beyond the scope of handyman services or requires a licensed professional, we’ll tell you so. Rather than attempting work outside our legal scope, we can often refer you to experienced, properly licensed contractors from our network who can complete that portion of your project.
Our goal is simple: provide excellent service, operate with complete integrity, and always stay within both the letter and the spirit of Florida’s licensing laws.
When in doubt, we err on the side of caution. If there is ever a question about whether a project should be performed by a licensed contractor, we’ll explain the issue and recommend the appropriate professional rather than proceed outside our legal scope.
