Pinetree Home Services can purchase and provide the materials, fixtures, and supplies needed for your project.
- Material Costs: Materials are typically billed at the supplier’s retail prices, including sales tax paid by Pinetree. Some materials may come from supplies we already have on hand.
- Purchasing & Delivery: Time and expenses associated with purchasing, transporting, or delivering materials may be included in the estimate or billed separately.
- Unused Materials: Unused supplies and materials generally remain with Pinetree unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Returns & Warranties: Manufacturer warranties apply where available. Additional labor charges may apply for removal or replacement of defective products.
