- Work Area: Please remove personal belongings, furniture, and other obstacles from the immediate work area before our arrival.
- Children & Pets: For everyone’s safety, please keep children and pets away from active work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Access: Please ensure we have access to the work area, along with electricity and water when needed.
- Existing Conditions: Please advise us of any known hazards, hidden wiring, plumbing problems, or other conditions that could affect the work.
- Unexpected Hazards: If unsafe conditions are discovered, work may be delayed or suspended until those conditions can be addressed.
- Cleanup: We make reasonable efforts to clean up debris generated by our work. Removal and disposal of larger quantities of debris may involve additional charges.
