Customers are welcome to purchase and provide their own materials, fixtures, and equipment for installation by Pinetree Home Services.
However, please understand:
- Materials must be suitable for the intended installation and include all necessary components.
- If customer-provided materials are defective, incomplete, incompatible, or otherwise unsuitable, a $175 trip charge plus charges for time spent onsite will apply, even if installation cannot be completed.
- Product defects, replacements, returns, and manufacturer warranty claims are the customer’s responsibility.
- Pinetree Home Services guarantees its installation workmanship, but cannot guarantee the quality or performance of customer-provided products.
We encourage customers to discuss their planned purchases with us before buying materials to help avoid delays and additional expenses.
