It’s not unusual for customers to request “small changes,” “quick adjustments,” or “just one more thing” after a project is underway. We’re happy to discuss these requests and will do our best to accommodate them!
However, please understand:
- Additional Work: Changes or additions beyond the original scope of work generally involve additional labor and material charges, even when the requests seem minor.
- Unexpected Conditions: Hidden damage or unforeseen problems may require changes to the original work plan and additional charges.
- Approval: We will discuss significant changes and their costs with you before proceeding. A written change order is not normally required.
- Scheduling: Additional work may require more time or a return visit.
