- Payment Due: Payment is expected upon completion of the agreed-upon work.
- Deposits: We do not normally require deposits or progress payments. However, we reserve the right to request them for larger projects or special circumstances.
- Accepted Payments: Quoted prices reflect payment by cash, Zelle, or an approved check, with no additional fees.
- Venmo & Cash App: Payments made through Venmo or Cash App are subject to an additional 3% processing fee.
- Additional Work: Charges for additions or changes to the original project will be included in the final invoice unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Payee: All payments should be made to Pinetree Home Services LLC.
