- Project Pricing: Estimates are based on the work described and conditions reasonably apparent at the time of evaluation.
- Unexpected Conditions: Hidden damage, unforeseen complications, or additional work may result in additional charges, which will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.
- Changes: If you request changes after work begins, these are considered additions to the original scope of work. You will generally be charged for the additional work and any additional materials used.
